Obituary of Catherine Elizabeth Rudkvist
Catherine was born on January 10, 1935 in Calis (Sturgeon Lake), Alberta.
She was predeceased by her parents Ida and Elzear Larocque; brothers Wilford, Orville, Leo and Danielle; sisters Marie, Lydia, Louise and Josephine; daughters Trudy and Donna.
Catherine left to mourn her beloved husband Arnold Swede-Rudkvist; Victor (Madeline), Melvin,
Rodney (Susan), Kenny (Faith); sisters Martha, Tirixon, Verna (Don), Esther (Spence); sons Daryl,
Randy (Claudia), Clayton (Tristana); daughters Marlina, Marilyn, Valerie (Murray), Jackie (Bill), Karen; grandchildren Tarla, Fabian, Dylan, Isabelle, Destiny, Leon, Mike, Amanda, Odessa, Nathan, Honey, Derek, Sheldon, Jeremy, Julles, Shaylynn, Derek, Brent, Tamara; many great grandchildren, and many friends.
Catherine passed away Monday, March 15, 2010 in Prince George, BC at the age of 75 years. A funeral service was held Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 1:00 pm at Reynars Funeral Home, Dawson Creek, BC; Captain Roger Lee officiated; Interment followed in the Mountain View Cemetery, Groundbirch, BC. For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory of Catherine to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 360 - 1385, West Avenue, Vancouver, BC.
