Obituary of Frank Blue

Frank was born in Faust Alberta on January 24, 1946, to Napoleon and Agnes Blue. He was the oldest of six brothers and five girls. Frank attended school in Faust Alberta, enjoying all school sports, like short distance running. Frank loved pool, baseball and hockey. He was such a jokester and his favorite saying was what eva ! In 1966 Frank moved to Prince George B.C. to work at Beernhardts Mill. It was in Prince George that he met Florence Cardinal and they had one son Wade. In 1967 he moved back to Faust and went to work at McRaesLumber Mill. In 1968 he moved to Chetwynd B.C. and went to work at Canfor where he worked for many years. Frank was a hard worker friendly and always smiling. He always looked forward to fishing with Eddy Williams, Leonard Belcourt and Alvin Calhaisen. Frank left Canfor in 2001. He worked for Zig Loberg doing stucco. He also worked with his dad Nap at Menzies fish plant in Yellowknife for about a month, working 18 hours a day. He attended his niece Corrina's wedding and was in good spirits, enjoying himself and happy to see all the family together He always had a joke and a smile. He had a real strong relationship with his son Wade, always keeping in touch. Frank was predeceased by his Parents; Agnes and Napoleon Blue his Brothers; Steve, Colin, Daniel, and twin brothers. Sister; Irene, Great Grandparents; Kookum Emily Giroux Mooshum Ambrose Giroux. Frank leaves to mourn his Companion; Jacinda Davis, Son; Wade (Yvonne), Brothers; John Blue (Louise), Donald Blue (Madeline), Peter Blue and Russell Blue, his Sisters; Angeline Courtorielle (Albert), Edna Blue (Lance), Lucy Williams (Eddy), Annette Blue. Grandchildren; Brittany, Kimberley, Candi, Baby Wade, Arayha, Blaze, and Vanessa. Great Grandchildren; Keegan, Talan, And Isabella, Beloved Friends; Eddy Williams, Alvin Calahaisen, and Co worker Leonard Belcourt, many nieces' nephews' cousins and friends. Frank passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2010 in Chetwynd, BC at the age of 64 years. A wake was held on Friday, September 17, at 7:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September, 18 at 11:00 am, Pastor Richard Hoard officiated; interment followed in the Tuscoola Mountain Cemetery.
