Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Stoney
Mary was born on Sunday, January 6, 1935 in Grande Prairie, Alberta. She passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2011 in Chetwynd, B.C., at the age of 76 years.
A wake was held on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 7:00 pm at the Chetwynd Senior Citizens Hall. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Chetwynd Fellowship Baptist Church, Pastor Bill Evans officiated, Interment followed in the Tuscoola Mountain Cemetery, Chetwynd, B.C.
Mary is survived by her Sons: Noel (Maureen), Ron (Andrea), Brian and Joe, her sister; Lillian Courtrille. Grandchildren; Desiree, Chelsea, Dakota, Tamara, Michelle, Alex, Linden, Melissa, Veronica and Great Grandson, Zach.
Mary was predeceased by; her husband Rene Joseph Stoney, Parents: Joseph and Emila. Sisters, Rachel, Virginia, Elsie and Dorothy, Brothers; Roland, Frank, Noel, Joseph and Elmer.
Mary will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
