Obituary of Lena Calliou
Lena was born on Thursday, February 2, 1939 in Rio Grande, Alberta. She passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2011 in Chetwynd, B.C. at the age of 72 years.
Lena was predeceased by her husband Edward Calliou, Daughter Lorraine Dewhurst, Sons Donald and Sidney and her parents Dolphus and Virginia Belcourt.
She is survived by her daughters, Shirley (Bruce), Dorcas (Wes), Rhonda, and her Son Ron. Grandchildren, Lena (Dan), Rusty, Camile (Tommy), Curtis (Tara), Stacey, Adele (Cory), Sarah, Jeffrey, Shayna, Jerikoe.
Great Grandchildren, Katylynn, Brett, Paris, Hailey, Brody, Alyiah, Brandon, Braden, Carly, Kookum's girl Hayden, Numerous nieces, nephews , relatives and Friends.
A Prayer Service was held on Friday, October 21, 2011from 7:00 pm - 12:00 am at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church Chetwynd, B.C.
A Funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Fr Vener Sabacan officiated, Interment followed in the Tuscoola Mountain Cemetery. Very Respectfully Reynars Funeral Home & Crematorium
