Obituary of Celeste Elaine Perry
Celeste Elaine Perry 'Cessie' was born on December 2, 1950, along with her identical twin sister Cheryl to Raymond and Irene Perry in Vernon, BC.
Cessie lived with Elsa and Peter Vesaniemi. They integrated her into their family and she became theirs. The love and support they have given to Cessie over the past 24 years is unforgettable.
Cessie was very social, visiting friends and going with family to visit at old age homes. Cessie would catch the bus once a week to meet her friends from community living where they socialized and did crafts. Celeste was a beautiful lady. She loved hugs, music, accordions, cake, swings, legos, coloring, balloons and looking at catalogs. She enjoyed going to church and birthdays. She was also feisty, she knew what she wanted and understood what was going on around her. If she was upset she would let you know.
She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Cessie passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012 in Dawson Creek, at the age of 61years.
