Obituary of Francis Carlyle Fordyce
Francis Carlyle Fordyce 1929 - 2013 Francis Fordyce passed away peacefully at home on January 27, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Velda, daughters, Carrie (Alan) Broadway, Allyson (Jason) Hayes, Crystal Fordyce, grandsons, David (Chelsea) Broadway, Mike (Amy) Broadway, great-grandchildren, Lukas, Isaiah, Nelson, and Hunter Broadway. Francis was predeceased by his son, Derek, and daughter Darcy. He will be fondly remembered for his love of family, friends, and his vintage army jeep. An Open Visitation was held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 between 7:30 ~ 8:30 pm at the Bergeron Funeral Chapel, Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Francis' life was honoured at a private family burial on Friday, February 1, 2013, in the Brookside Cemetery, Dawson Creek, British Columbia.
