Sylvia Jacobsen, a resident of Kelowna, B.C., formerly of Dawson Creek, B.C. passed away on Monday, September 2, 2013 in Kelowna, B.C. at the age of 75 years.
A Funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 11:00 am from Notre Dame Catholic Church, Fr. Louis Kwena officiated, Interment followed in the Dawson Creek City Cemetery.
