Obituary of Mary Fellers
A longtime resident of Dawson Creek, B.C., recently of Chetwynd, B.C., passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, September 29, 2013 in Chetwynd at the age of 87 years.
In honor of Jane's wishes, a family interment was held on Friday, October 4, 2013. Pauline Haycock officiated. Jane was laid to rest with her late husband Julian (Nibs) Fellers in the Dawson Creek City Cemetery.
Jane's family would like to acknowledge and say a personal "Thank you" to all of the staff, doctors, nurses, support and home care workers at Chetwynd General Hospital. Also to Reynar's Funeral Chapel, Pauline Haycock and to Surerus Place for their wonderful care and support. Thank you to all our family and friends who sent words of sympathy, flowers, food and donations. It was greatly appreciated and truly warmed our hearts.
Jane will be sadly missed, and forever remembered for her strong love of her family, her great sense of humor, her birthday calls, and her scrumptious cookies. Jane's cookie recipes will be passed down for generations.
