Obituary of Daniel Harrison Lazinchuk

Daniel Harrison Lazinchuk 1999 - 2014 Born April 14, 1999 in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Danny grew up with the freedom and adventurous spirit only a farm kid can have. Surrounded by the love and support of brothers Jon and Ben, mother Monica and many more family and friends. Danny's bright eyes and quick wit were his trademark. Whether he was teasing, laughing or taunting his zest for life contagious. He loved the outdoors whether it was hunting, fishing, quadding, or paintballing with his family. The radiant smile as he pulled his arrow from the bull's eye of his target (brighter if it was closer to the center than his brother's) was infectious. Time spent building the paintball course, building sheep panels, fixing quads or even cooking supper with mom will be missed and cherished by us. Danny passed away on January 22, 2014 in Dawson Creek, British Columbia at 14 years of age. For a young man, he touched a multitude of people, young and old, in his short time with us. For this we thank you son. Good bye Danny. Daniel is predeceased by Pake, John Abma, Baba and Guido, Chris and Joe Lazinchuk and aunt, Maryanne Lazinchuk. He is sadly missed by his mom Monica Abma (Bruce Sellin), brothers Jon and Ben Lazinchuk, sisters Carmen Lazinchuk and Shelby Sellin, niece Danika, nephews Damien and Kyler, uncles Ken Abma, Mike (Dayle) Abma, Gordon(Brenda) Lazinchuk, Justin (Robin) Sellin and aunties Anita (Mark) Abma, Diane (Irve) Halphrin, Joanne (Steve) Smirl, Michele Lazinchuk, and Shanlee Mosco (Tim). Grandma Bertha Abma and Werner (Jeanine) Sellin. Cousins Ed, Kyle, Sarah, Michael, Nathan, Zach, Brendon, Matt, Josh, Spencer, Alex, Jacob, Chase, Brody, Levi, Colton and Cheyanne. His extended family and many, many friends. A funeral service was held on January 31, 2014 at 1:00pm at the South Peace United Church, Dawson Creek, British Columbia.
