Obituary of Elaine Lilac Waldie
Elaine Lilac Waldie, a lifelong resident of Dawson Creek, B.C. passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, February 20, 2014 in Dawson Creek at the age of 67 years. Elaine was born to Robert and Claire Evans on November 1, 1946 in New Westminster B.C. She was a free sprit who enjoyed gardening, the outdoors, and spring walks with the smell of fresh flowers in the air. Elaine will be sadly missed by all her friends and family. The Evans family will hold a private family service at a later date.
Elaine was predeceased by her parents; Robert and Claire Evans, brothers; Merle and Darrel, Sister; Laurel and her husband Ron Waldie.
Elaine is survived by her brothers; Dale, Les, Ralph, and John, Sisters; Margo, Amber and Tammy.
