Greg & family; the Abel family: Terry was such a lovely, friendly person. I enjoyed visiting with her whenever our paths crossed over the years. It was wonderful to see her & Shelley in Dawson Creek this past spring. My thoughts & prayers are with you all. Ellen

Best Feiends Fourty eight years ago I was 13 years old standing on the side of the highway waiting for the school bus to take me to Dawson Creek junior high. I was new to the area and entering grade eight at a brand new school. My mom had insisted that I wear a red kilt and white blouse for the occasion. I also wore knee socks and black patent shoes. I was unprepared for the sea of faces that would greet me with a giggle when I got on the bus. Half way down the Isle a pretty blonde girl stood up and smiled the biggest smile. She said " come sit by me. My name is Terry". I sat in the same spot beside Terry for the next 3 years. We became fast friends and she welcomed me into her circle of friends. Later my family moved but our friendship continued. I became her bridesmaid and a year later she walked down the Isle as my matron of honour. She was sporting a baby bump that we would later welcome as Jerry Lyn. Life and raising big families distanced our friendship but whenever we got on the phone it was like no time had passed. We could talk for hours. It is with great sadness that I say goodbye to my sweet friend. I will see you later I know where you are. Our sympathies go out to you Greg and your family.Terry was truely everyone's Bedt Friend.

Having grown up next door to the Onychuk clan, we remember Greg & Terry's courtship, love, marriage and the arrivals of their eldest 3 children. We will always remember Terry's lovely smile and kind heart. Sending our love and prayers to Greg, the kids, and the Onychuk and Abel families.

Oh how I love and miss you Terry Kae. You are counted among my very best friends and I have been privileged to call you my sister-in-law. Thank you for being there for me so many times...for the love and laughter! I can still here your cheerful voice on the phone when I called, and the memories of your meticulous ways in homemaking and all of your examples in valiantly living the gospel...I will treasure always. You are a shining example of a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Heaven is not so far away with you there. I know my Mother Madeline and Father Doug and brother Michael and your parents were there to welcome you with open arms. You are a treasure! Until we meet again...Love You Forever!
