I'm so sorry to hear of Mona's passing. I have known Mona for many years ever since she was my secretarial teacher in Whitehorse. She was a superb teacher! She ran a tight-knit classroom with lots of learning and lots of laughs. She and I were just recently writing notes to each other in Pitman shorthand. Mona was a very special lady and will be missed by many.

Please allow me to express my deepest condolences for your family's loss. I hope that you will find comfort in the real hope that the Bible gives of being reunited with your loved one again. In the Bible at John 5:28, 29 it reads, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.". The Bible there promises that your loved one will come back to life again in the resurrection. (Acts 24:15) The Bible also promises that soon death will be no more. (Revelation 21:3, 4) I encourage you to visit JW.org for more information about this wonderful hope.

Our Neighbor Your mother was a great inspiration to our family. She was one of the first neighbors that we met back in 1979. We purchased a horse from her & our 3 girls & myself signed up for the Saddle Tramps 4-H Horse Club. Mona was a great leader & brought in professional instructors to teach the club how to show their horses. We had many great times together & lots of happy memories. We missed her when she moved away. A great lady. Our sincere condolences.

My sincere condolences to Mona's daughters, sisters and families. I met Mona in Fairview when I was sixteen and chummed with Shirley. We had such great times there and then years later in Dawson Creek it was a privilege to curl in many bonspiels around the area with Mona. What wonderful memories and fun we had. I know you will all have great memories of a very special lady.

I worked with Mona at the Vocational School which eventually changed to Northern Lights College. She worked as an Office Administration Instructor for years and along with Marian Neubauer, they were the heart of the program. Both ladies were so devoted to their students. Mona had a very pleasant, caring nature which showed. She was a special lady. My condolences to the family.
