Obituary of Shannon Raaen
Shannon Elwood Raaen 1959-2018 Shannon Elwood Raaen, longtime resident of Rolla, passed away on July 6, 2018 in Fort St. John at the age of 58. He was born October 11, 1959 in Dawson Creek, British Columbia to Olaf and Lois Raaen. A Celebration of Life was held on July 21, 2018 at the Rolla Community Hall.
Shannon was predeceased by his mother, Gwen; and he will be sadly missed by his father, Olaf; his brother Sylvan and wife Sharon; his sister Val and husband Kent Tower; and sister Cindy and husband Greg Peachey; and many nieces and nephews. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Shannon may be made by donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of British Columbia & Yukon, 1480 Seventh Avenue, Prince George, British Columbia, V2L 3P2.
