Ray Cowan, resident of Dawson Creek, passed away on September 18, 2018 at the age of 83. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 11:00am at Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Dawson Creek City Cemetery.
