Obituary of Peter Brown
It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Peter James Brown of Vernon, BC, formerly of Farmington, BC, on Saturday, September 19, 2020 in Penticton, BC at 67 years of age.
Peter leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife, Deleenia; children, Nicola (Rob), Madeleine (Ben), James (Megan) and Autumn (Taven); siblings, Carole (Roger), David (Kay) and Pauline; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends and Deleenias family.
Born and raised in and around Hitchin, UK, Peter moved to Canada in 1994 to pursue farming full-time. Peter was well-known in the farming community in Farmington, near Dawson Creek. When Peter wasnt busy farming, he enjoyed traveling across North America and the UK with Deleenia, playing cards, spending time with his children and grandchildren.
A passionate, kind and jovial man, Peter will be sadly missed by many.
A private family service was held Saturday, October 3, 2020.
