Obituary of David Alan Bridgewater
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David Alan Bridgewater, loving husband and father. A longtime resident of Chetwynd, British Columbia, David passed at the Chetwynd Hospital on Friday, June 21, 2024, at the age of 77 years.
David was born in Windsor, Ontario on Wednesday, January 29, 1947. He worked as a ranch hand for many years before he moved on to work at the District of Chetwynd public works until he retired. David will be missed, and I know that he will be tickled as I share his favorite poem:
Ashes to ashes, Dust to dust, if it wasn’t for A-holes our bellies would bust!
We will remember the good times and not dwell on the bad times; you're loved and are very much missed. R.I.P
David is survived by his wife Marjorie Bridgwater, son Gordon Charles, daughter Megan Bridgewater, stepfather Tom May, and brother Robert Joyes.
