Obituary of Patricia Mary Dingwell
It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that the family of Patricia Dingwell announce her passing at Fort Nelson General Hospital on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at the age of 89 years.
Left to mourn Pat's passing are her children Donna (Jim), Gary (Beulah), Verna (Brian), Phyllis, Basil, Terri (Rob), Jamie (Jen); grandchildren Jamey, Gregory, Robert, Jason, Mandy, David, Robyn, Chris, Aaron, Ashleigh, Tristan, Savannah, Makenzie; great grandchildren Brianne, Taiylor, Kayleigh, Carter, Jameson, Addie, Allie, Hunter, Fox, Cadence, Aurora, Ainsley, Liam; brother-in-law Albert Neville; sister-in-law Betty Piercey; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Pat was predeceased by her husband Basil (2021); parents Thomas and Mariah Piercey; brothers Bernard, Gerald, Gus, Tommy; sisters Rita, Mary Agnes, Doreen, Madonna; and great granddaughter Farrah (2019).
The family would like to send a special thank you to the long-term care workers at Fort Nelson General Hospital for their care, support and compassion over the last couple of years.
In keeping with Pat’s wishes, she has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Mount Patricia Cemetery, Corner Brook, Newfoundland.
